Cancellation Policy
Booking & Session Policy To ensure the safety, enjoyment, and smooth running of all sessions, please read and agree to the following policies before booking. 1. No-Refund Policy All bookings and payments are non-refundable. Once a session has been booked and payment has been made, refunds will not be issued. 2. Arrival & Late Arrivals Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled session. This allows enough time to complete the required waiver, get ready, and receive any necessary instructions before your session begins. If you arrive late, your session will still finish at the originally scheduled time. Any time missed due to late arrival will therefore be deducted from your session. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. If we have received no communication from you within 15 minutes of your scheduled start time, your booking will be treated as a no-show, and the session will be forfeited. 3. Cash Payments Cash payments are accepted. If you would like to pay by cash, please contact us in advance to arrange this. A small deposit will be required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance payable in cash as agreed. 4. Waiver & Safety For the safety of everyone attending, a waiver must be completed and signed before your session begins. The waiver must be signed before participating in any activity or using any equipment. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled session to allow enough time to complete the waiver and prepare. Anyone who has not completed and signed the required waiver before their session may not be permitted to participate. 5. Respect for Staff We ask all customers to treat our staff with respect and courtesy at all times. Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. 6. Respect for Equipment & Premises Please treat all equipment, facilities, and premises with care and respect. Customers may be held responsible for any damage caused through intentional misuse or inappropriate behaviour.
